karahlynn: Its snowing in east Tennessee. I think it should be a law that if you own live stock your required to have shelter for them ! Animals feel just like we do ! They get hot in the summer and cold in the winter ! Why would anyone own cows, horses, goats, sheep, hogs, even chickens and not have proper shelter for them !? My Papaw has a barn and he fills it with hay for the animals to bed in.
